Refund policy

All goods you buy online from Adepa (we) are covered by this Returns Policy.

Australian consumer guarantees

Our goods come with consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be modified, restricted or excluded.  These guarantees include that the goods:

• are of acceptable quality;
• are fit for their intended purpose; and
• match any description or sample.

Your right to a remedy for a breach of a consumer guarantee is governed by the Australian Consumer Law.

If you purchase one of our goods and it has a major problem, you can choose to either:

• reject the goods and elect to receive either a refund or a replacement; or
• keep the goods and seek compensation for any reduction in value of the goods.

If one of our products has a minor problem, causes an unintended side effect or does not deliver desired outcome within 30 days, we will either provide a full refund or replace the goods within a reasonable time.

Making a claim

To make a claim under our Returns Policy, please:

• email us at info@adepa.life with your details, details of your purchase and a description of the nature of the alleged problem with the goods, within a reasonable time of receiving the goods and identifying the alleged problem;
• provide us with acceptable proof of your purchase, such as a tax invoice or order confirmation issued by us; and
• return the original goods to us.  Any cost incurred by you in returning the goods to us will be borne by you but we will reimburse reasonable postage costs if we confirm that the goods have a problem.

We reserve the right to assess the condition and age of returned goods to determine whether they have a problem.  We may not provide a remedy where any goods are damages as a result of misuse, neglect or abnormal use.  

Any refunds provided will be issued using your original payment method, and will include a refund of the original shipping fee (if applicable) and exchanges will be posted free of charge.

Change of mind returns

Given the nature of the products we sell, we will not provide a refund or an exchange where you have changed your mind about products purchased from us.
